Gone are the days when laptops ruled the world. These days, mini laptops have taken over just because they are smaller and more portable. DVI to HDMI

Today’s article is slightly special and different. I would be talking about DVI to HDMI conversion. Sounds pretty confusing? You bet, until I started to do some research on this topic and also find out more about DVI and HDMI. Let me just briefly run through the terms first. DVI stands for Digital Visual Interface and is an international standard interface design which aims to provide high quality pictures and videos on display devices, such as flat panel LCD monitors and television sets. As for HDMI, this refers to High Definition Multimedia Interface and it is used as an interface for transmitting uncompressed video or audio information. There are more uses for HDMI and it can be used to connect set top boxes, HD DVD players and blu ray players to compatible audio devices or computer monitors. Do you know that HDMI can house 8 channels of audio upon just one cable on any tv or pc.

I am sure everybody would have some old CDs, DVDs or whatever Ds lying around that they want to get rid of. Sometimes we got confidential information on these discs that we do not want other people to get hold of. Here at technology and computers, I try to talk about all the cool tech equipment and computer stuff that are new and interesting.
